This "old pawn" vintage item is fully hallmarked from Navajo artisan "Cortez H" and features a big 21mm x 12.7mm Turquoise cabochon set in solid Sterling Silver.

The top setting measures a full 1.2" long x .6" wide (we're mixing metric and imperial, sorry!) and the ring weighs 8.1 grams. It's a size 5.75 measured on our own ring sizing mandrel.
