We actually have both the pendant + matching earrings, and we included a photo showing them together but this listing is for the earrings alone. 
 
From Konstantino, they are crafted of solid Sterling Silver in high-relief with solid 18K yellow gold trim around 5mm White Pearl centers.  And the entire lobe hook on both earrings is also solid 18K yellow gold, a very nice design touch.
 
They measure approximately .65" x .65" if measuring across just the settings alone, or 1.05" if including the solid 18K gold lobe hooks.   Each earring weighs 4.8 grams.
 
As with the pendant, the earrings look great.  They are pre-owned and not flawless, but they're ready to wear without issues or hesitations.
