This ring is from Judith Ripka's high-end JR2 line, which features real 18K yellow gold highlights and genuine white diamonds.

It's fully hallmarked as shown in our photos and comes with the pink JR ribbon pouch as shown as well.
 
It starts with a solid Sterling Silver shank and setting, and the shank features a cable design that leads to a fluted pattern on the to setting.  There are 18K yellow gold diamond-filled settings on all four sides, with an 11.5mm Pearl centerpiece.
 
The top setting measures .8" in diameter across the widest points of the setting, with a rise of almost .5" up off the finger. The shank is a size 6, just a hair smaller but bigger than a 5.75, as measured on our own ring sizing mandrel.  The ring weighs 12.2 grams.
