From Judith Ripka, and fully hallmarked as shown in our photos, these earrings are crafted of solid Sterling Silver with CZ decorating the top heart setting and natural, flat-tabled Swiss Blue Topaz gems decorating the bottom heart drop settings.
 
These feature omega clamp backs with fixed lobe posts, so pierced ears are required.   
 
They measure 1.25" tall, and .5" across the top (larger) heart setting and .4" across the bottom Blue Topaz heart setting.  Each earring weighs 5.0 grams.
