This is Bellarri style code R6075/SQC, an older "Romantica" collection design in solid 18K yellow gold with a big faceted natural Smoky Quartz flanked by cylindrical cuts of Citrine, which are capped with white diamonds at the ends of the Citrine settings.
 
The ring has seen plenty of wear, but fortunately the gemstones look fantastic, as you can tell by our closeup photos.  The real wear is on the shank, which has some deeper scratches on one side.  It's possible those can be polished out professonally, but they land on a part of the shank that lands on the side of the finger, and most wearers probably won't care.  We captured those marks in one of the photos.  
 
Other than those marks, the ring only has minute superficial hairlines, as you'd expect with any pre-owned ring.  But again, the most important part - the gemstone setting - looks great.
 
The ring is a size 5.75 as measured on our own ring sizing mandrel, and the top setting measures .6" x .55".  Total weight is 7.3 grams.
