This is Barbara Bixby QVC style code J142247, her Indigo Blue Freshwater Cultured Pearl necklace.  It features a 16" length to the first clasp hook, plus an additional 4" extender for a total of 20" of wearable length.   There are two finely-carved filigree barrel stations along the length, with a simple hook & loop clasp for easy placement.  The pearls measure approximately 4.5mm.
