This original-run Barbara Bixby Couture item comes from a one-owner, non-smoking home in superlative condition.   For those of you who've been watching our site the last few months, this is NOT the same BBP45OLID we sold last month - that is currently enjoying another happy home.  This is a different BBP45OLID, just in on consignment.  We just happened to find another!
 
These pendants came in two sizes, the larger BBP45 and the smaller BBP55 - this is the larger size.  This dynamic pendant highlights perfectly why those early Bixby Couture items are sought after - inflation hadn't yet caused a 3x-5x price explosion in the price of many gemstones (forcing designers to use lower quality to keep prices steady) and ESG initiatives hadn't yet forced the closure of many mines which impacted available supply.    The big Olive Quartz in this pendant, just like the last one we sold last month, is vibrant, saturated with color, crystal clear, and beautifully cut.   Frankly, the gemstones from Bixby's 2006-2011 production period were outstanding across her Couture line.
 
This pendant measures just over 1.75" tall x .7" wide, and it features a diamond-filled 18K Yellow Gold flower, 18K yellow gold granulated beading on the bail, and columns of genuine White Diamonds flanking the big Olive Quartz.
