This beautiful pendant + chain combo is based around a 6.30 carat Swiss Blue Topaz set in solid 14K Yellow Gold with 10 round brilliant cut diamonds weighing a full quarter of a carat (.25ct) and boasting H/I color.   The pendant itself measures 1.05" x .35" and weighs 3.7 grams.
 
It hangs from a 17.5" long 14K Yellow Gold cable-link chain that itself weighs 4.4 grams.   
 
Combined, the pair weighs 8.1 grams total.     Gold melt value alone is over $400, just for the gold content.
