It starts with a solid 14K yellow gold shank and setting, fully hallmarked, and features three settings of Blue Sapphire baguettes and round White Diamonds.  Each of the three settings boasts 14 Sapphires and 6 Diamonds, for a total of 42 Blue Sapphires and 18K White Diamonds.   
 
The best part is our price - with a weight of 3.9 grams, the melt value of the just the gold alone is over $170, so we're asking a very modest premium for all those Sapphires and Diamonds.   There's no catch - we've priced this one aggressively so we can find a new home quickly.
