This interesting piece is fully hallmarked as having been made in Hong Kong with a solid, polished disc of Sugilite around a solid 14K yellow gold inner ring.    It's 7.5mm wide and 3mm thick, and is a size 6.25 as measured on our own ring sizing mandrel.
 
It weighs 4.2 grams and we captured the maker's marks in our photos.  
 
It is a pre-owned ring so it's not flawless but presents beautifully, is free of chips or cracks, and can be worn without hesitation.
