We love this 14K Sapphire & Diamond ring so much we added it our home page scrolling photo gallery.   Our dealer partner had it in their showcase priced at $1295 - the tag is still attached - but we're offering it for $300 less than that.
 
It's fully hallmarked with both the "14K" requisite gold purity mark plus the "SPCL" makers mark which signifies creation by Original Designs, a jewelry maker that goes back over 50 years.
 
The ring starts with a solid 14K White Gold shank and setting and features fourteen (14) round cut Blue Sapphires totaling 1.12ctw plus five (5) round brilliant cut near-colorless white diamonds totaling .55ctw with G/H color and SI 1-2 clarity.  The diamonds are gorgeous and sparkly and the sapphires are alive with color and light refraction - there's not a dead or inky stone anywhere on this setting.  If you're particular about your blue sapphires, you'll love these gems.    
 
The top setting measures approximately .75" (finger direction) x .65" with a rise of .45" up off the finger.   The band has had sizing balls inserted and is now a size 5.5 as measured on our own ring sizing mandrel.  If you wanted to have those balls removed, which would not be difficult (estimate $75-100 of shop time plus round trip shipping for the job if we have a jeweler partner do it) the band likely converts to a size 6.5-7.   
 
The ring weighs 6.4 grams total.
