This pretty creation is far prettier in person than in our photos - it was more challenging to photograph than we expected!   It is crafted of solid 14K gold that is more Rose than Yellow.  It features natural Red Rubies on the body of the guitar and six natural Blue Sapphires up on the guitar head.    
 
It measures 1.7" x .6" and weighs 5.2 grams.  At current gold prices it's worth $265 just for the melt value of the gold alone, so our buy price is a very modest premium over the intrinsic gold value for such a pretty brooch, and with natural Precious Gemstones.
 
Please note that to help with the photographic process we positioned the brooch on a silk cord (not included), and it actually could be worn as a pendant if you like.  The pin structure is more than solid enough - and the clasp tight enough - to keep the piece secure if you like it as a pendant.  It's a brooch by design, but it could also work as a pendant.
 
Again, it's beautiful in person, with vibrant and saturated Rubies and Sapphires, so whoever takes a chance despite our photos will be elated when you see it in person.
