Presenting our first-ever listing of a "Napoli" collection necklace, and it's a beauty.  It's a full necklace, with fixed centerpiece and chain with gemstone stations.  
 
It features a solid 14K White Gold setting and chain with 5.27 carats total of Swiss & London Blue Topaz complemented by a ring of Blue enamel.  There's also London Blue Topaz, on three (3) different stations along the chain.
 
The centerpiece pendant has a diameter of just over 1".   The necklace has a total wearable length of approximately 16.5", but the lobster-claw clasp can be affixed to any length along the chain so it can be shortened well below 16.5".
 
Total weight of the necklace is 8.5 grams.
