We've always loved the "Gigi" designs, and we've sold this ring in numerous colorways over the years.  This design is now discontinued and retired, and the gold mold used to create it no longer exists so these cannot be manufactured again.
 
This particular colorway features a solid 18K Rose Gold setting with 7.65 carats of all-natural Champagne Quartz overlaid with a small river of 1.20 carats of Smoky Quartz baguettes, with .17ctw of White diamonds decorating the setting from the Smoky Quartz river down the shoulders of the ring.
 
The top setting measures .65" x .55" with a rise of .4" up off the finger.  The ring weighs 8.6 grams - there's a nice tactile weight and substance to these older 18K legacy designs - and the band is a standard Bellarri size 7 with sizing service available.  Let us know what you need before purchase and we'll see if Bellarri can accommodate.
