This design is now discontinued, and the only "Stiletto" earrings still available as "current" are the Blue Topaz and Rhodolite Garnet colorways, but without any side gemstones.  
 
These are the large-size Stiletto earrings (they were originally designed in multiple lengths) and it may not be obvious in the photos but each setting is individual, and the settings are all linked together, so there's some flex in the design as they move similar to a linked bracelet.   They feature a combined 8.40 carats of all-natural, earth-mined and perfectly color-matched Amethyst joined by .22ctw of natural Pink Sapphires.
 
Each measures a full 2.1" tall x .30" wide, and each weighs 5.3 grams.  For reference, a 25 cent Washington Quarter weighs 5.6 grams, so each individual earring weighs almost as much as a quarter.
 
They do feature butterfly push back clasps, so pierced ears are required for these.
