We've only seen a handful of items from Bellarri's limited-run "Stiletto" Collection, and this necklace is a highlight.  It features a solid 14K Rose Gold chain + setting, with multiple groupings of Rhodolite Garnet  (8.05ctw) and a sprinkling of natural Pink Sapphires (.20ctw).
 
The multi-level Rhodolite setting itself measures 1.3" tall x .95" wide.  The necklace itself has a total maximum wearable length of 16.5" but the lobster-claw clasp can be attached anywhere along the length of the chain to make it shorter than 16.5".
 
Total weight of the setting + chain = 9.6 grams.
