This large enhancer pendant from Bellarri's "Poetry Nouveau" collection features a solid 14K Rose Gold setting and a full 8.90 carats of natural Swiss & London Blue Topaz and almost half a carat of white diamonds (.45ctw).   It's a large piece, measuring 1.8" tall x just over 1" wide across the large Topaz setting.  It weighs 8.5 grams, more than a quarter of an ounce.   
 
And yes, what you're seeing in the photos is accurate - the square Diamond setting in the middle does swivel freely, which is why it's in slightly different positions from the beginning of our photo array to the end.
