Bellarri "Rhapsody" 18K White Gold, Sky Blue Topaz, Swiss Blue Topaz, London Blue Topaz & White Diamond Ring

From Bellarri's rarely-seen "Rhapsody" collection, this ring is a conversation starter, a jewelry-box centerpiece and definitely one of the most captivating designs we've ever offered.

It starts with a solid 18K white gold shank and setting and features an incredible array of trillion-cut topaz in three different hues - light blue Sky, vibrant Swiss, and deep dark London. There are 12 unique settings, with trillions of varying size and shape. Some settings feature larger single stones, some smaller pairings. It's a veritable puzzle of topaz trillions, 9.00 total carats worth. We've been staring at it since we got it, and we're not sure there are two individual settings on this ring that are exactly alike - to our eyes, every single setting is unique. The ring is literally a geometric puzzle arrangement of blue topaz.

The blue topaz is joined by 34 total points - more than a third of a carat - of genuine bright white diamonds. Just imagine the labor and time that went into cutting and setting all of these varying-size gems. When the ring is on your finger, and you come to appreciate the complexity of the setting and how much time it must have taken to complete, you understand why it costs what it costs.

The top setting measures a full .9" in diameter with a .4" rise up off the finger. As you can see in the photo of the ring next to a Washington quarter coin, it's a large setting. The band is a size 7 with limited sizing available and the ring weighs 9.7 grams, almost a third of an ounce.

Retail was almost $7500 but we have it brand new and retail fresh for $2395.
