Bellarri "Flirtation" 18K Yellow Gold, Natural Amethyst, Blue Topaz, Rhodolite & Multi-Gemstone Ring

As you can tell by the photos, we enjoyed putting this piece in front of the camera lens. From the "Flirtation" Collection, this ring is extremely photogenic and full of color.

It starts with a solid 18K yellow gold band and setting and features a 5.71ct all-natural, earth-mined and untreated amethyst featuring both a faceted table and serrated edges - very few designers have the laser-cutting know-how to cut stones with edges like this. Flanking the big trillion amethyst are a faceted Swiss Blue topaz and a rasberry rhodolite garnet. As you can see in some of the photos, as light refracts through the topaz and rhodolite, continuing up through the amethyst, you get some beautiful color hues bursting from the stones. This is not camera trickery - this is all happening in the gemstones.

That's not the extent of the gemstone complement, because decorating the entire perimeter of the ring's side gallery are more gemstones. On one side are mirror-image arrays of topaz, amethyst and rhodolite and on the other you have mirror images of topaz, amethyst, rhodolite, and green tourmaline. Total carat weight of all gemstones besides the amethyst is 4.14ct. Finishing the presentation are 7 points / .07ct of genuine white diamonds.

The top setting measures .6" x .85", with a rise of .45" up off the finger. The ring weighs 9.9 grams and the band is a size 7 with sizing service available.
