Bellarri "Alessandra" 18K Yellow Gold, Mystique Cut Amethyst, Multi-Gemstone & White Diamond Ring

Welcome to one of the most difficult rings we've ever had to photograph! From the "Alessandra" Collection, it features a side gallery of gemstones but not like many other side galleries we've seen from Bellarri. On this ring, the side gallery features faceted stones with the same cut as seen on the "Mosaic" collection instead of flat-tabled baguettes.

The ring starts with a solid 18K yellow gold European-style shank and the center stone is a stunning 6.18 carat Marquise-shaped all-natural earth-mined amethyst featuring Bellarri's signature Mystique Cut with flat table and scalloped crown to accentuate the light-explosion refraction pattern. Set in cylindrical towers around the top, and running down the sides of the band, are a full 25 points / .25ct of genuine white diamonds.

Then you get to that side gallery, which features Mosaic-cut baguettes of peridot, iolite, rhodolite, blue topaz, red garnet, amethyst, citrine and green tourmaline. We tried to capture the beauty of the side gallery in our photos but the angle was a bit challenging. But then we'd get some interesting light coming up through the ring, passing through the red garnet or rhodolite and throwing bursts of lavender and fuchsia through the amethyst as shown in one of the photos. It's a beautiful creation, and very complex.

The top setting measures .8" x .45" across the amethyst, with a rise of .35" up off the finger. The ring weighs 8.9 grams and the band is a size 7 with sizing available.
